Changi Airport’s Terminal 4 has announced that it will feature 80 retail outlets in a heritage-themed area, set to open the second half of the year.
Terminal 4 (T4) is the newest terminal to open in the aerospace which will include 11 restaurants and cafes, and food court Food Emporium by NTUC Foodfare. Brands that have signed with the terminal includes WHSmith, PAZZION and Moleskin.
“T4 marks an exciting phase of growth for Changi Airport; and we are using the opportunity to celebrate the idea of shopping as a fun and interactive experience for our passengers,” said Lim Peck Hoon, executive vice-president of commercial, Changi Airport Group.
The world’s best airport for the fifth year running will finally combine the liquor and tobacco retail areas with the cosmetics and perfumes zone to make it easier for travellers to make their purchases.
T4 was inspired by the Peranakan culture that has influenced the architect of Singapore in decades past. The terminal is completing its final fixtures and design work on the interior and will open for operation by June.
